Onde a Arte Encontra a Natureza

Curated by Alexandra Van Peborgh as Art Advisor for Awasi Relais & Châteaux. It took place at Casa Rosa Amarela in São Paulo, Brazil, from March 13th until April 10th, 2025.
The exhibition brought together site-specific works from the Awasi Artist Immersion program, offering a unique artistic experience inspired by the breathtaking landscapes of the Atlantic Rainforest and the Atacama Desert.

Onde a Arte Encontra a Natureza presented a talented group of international artists: Andrés Paredes, Carolina Salom, Cristina Ataíde, Fabiano Al Makul, Gabriela Ezcurra, Laura Ferro, Liana Nigri Moszkowicz, and Nuria Du Chêne de Vére.
Each artist brought a unique perspective to the profound connection between art and nature, weaving together cultural heritage, ecological significance, and natural beauty. Their works captured the essence of place, reflecting the delicate balance of these ecosystems and the importance of their preservation.

In-Situ

Co-curated by Alexandra Van Peborgh, as Art Advisor for Awasi Relais & Châteaux (Awasi Artist Immersion), and Angela Bulich, LSM Atelier’s founder. It took place at the Arts Warehouse gallery in Delray Beach, Florida, USA. From May 3rd to July 20th, 2024.
In-Situ presented a two-part exhibition: the front gallery showcased artworks created by Argentine and North-American artists inspired by their participation in the Awasi Artist Immersion program in the jungles of Iguazú. Meanwhile, the back gallery highlighted the work of local artists from Florida.

The artists who took part in the front gallery part of the exhibition were: Andrés Paredes, Angela Bulich, Cecilia Nigro, Gabriela Ezcurra, Ingrid Weyland, Matt Banahan and Teresa Marcaida.
Their creations reflect the conservation of the region’s flora and fauna, as well as the sensations and spirit of this unique environment.
